In Acts 9, we see the kingdom of God growing as God prepares Saul and continues to work through Peter. How do we see the lessons from this chapter in our lives today?
As Saul begins to proclaim the goodness of Jesus, he faces challenges both outside the church and within. Many outside the church are frustrated at Saul’s change, and many inside the church are hesitant to believe that Saul truly believed. But Barnabas was willing to build the bridge trust, not just trusting the good news, but living it as well.
As the Kingdom continues to move, Peter would be used to heal many. A paralyzed man would find movement again, and a woman who died would find life. The miraculous was a signpost not to the sign but to the one who made the miracle possible.
